Delete saved photos and videos

In Stavo, open Saved, select the items you want to remove and choose Delete; Android may ask you to confirm. Alternatively, delete the files from your phone's gallery or file manager. Check Pictures/Stavo, Movies/Stavo and Movies/Stavo/Split; older files may be in StatusSaver folders. Gallery files are not necessarily removed when you uninstall the app.

Clear local settings and recents

To remove stored preferences, recent chat numbers and split-session history, open Android Settings → Apps → Stavo → Storage → Clear storage (wording varies by device), or uninstall Stavo. Clearing app storage also removes cached split parts and stored picker grants and resets onboarding. It does not necessarily remove media already saved to your public gallery.

Revoke folder and video access

Review Stavo's folder access in the app's Settings or Android's app/document-access settings. Clearing Stavo storage or uninstalling it revokes its stored access to picked folders and documents. If you want to keep using Stavo, grant only the folders needed afterward.

Analytics and notification data

Stavo uses Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Cloud Messaging. Clearing Stavo's storage or uninstalling the app removes the local app-instance identifier and notification registration token from your device; analytics data already sent to Google is kept only for the limited retention period set in our Firebase project. To stop notifications, turn them off in Android settings → Apps → Stavo → Notifications. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings.

Delete support correspondence

If you emailed support, send a deletion request from the same email address to [email protected] with the subject “Stavo data deletion request”. Do not send passwords or private videos. We may ask you to verify control of the address, and may retain limited records where legally required.

No sign-in to delete. Stavo does not offer an account. This page covers on-device files and preferences as well as correspondence you voluntarily send us. Google and other destination apps manage their own data under their respective policies.
